Get Involved

President

• Attends the WCYSA Board Meetings 4x/year
• Act as a resource for remaining Board members
• Hosts the Coaches Meeting 2 times/yr
• Monitor emails for questions
• Time commitment: 10 hours/yr

Girls Registrar

• Responsible for registering approximately 100 Northside Soccer Club Girls U6-U12 for Spring and Fall seasons (March/April & August/September)
• Responsible for ensuring approximately 15 Coaches register and complete their certifications
• Monitor emails prior to each session for registration questions
• Send out registration emails with opening and closing dates
• Send out Coach Rosters
• Use Stack Sports Software – system that is governed by WCYSA Registrar
• Register 15 coaches
• Verify Coaches Certifications
• Time Commitment: 10-20 hours/yr

Boys Registrar

• Responsible for registering approximately Northside Soccer Club Boys U6-U12 for Spring and Fall seasons (March/April & August/September)
• Responsible for ensuring approximately 15 Coaches register and complete their certifications
• Monitor emails prior to each session for registration questions
• Register 15 coaches

Coaches Representative

• Act as a Resource for all Coaches regarding practice plans, number of practices per week, etc
• Available via email and/or text during the Spring & Fall Seasons (March/April & August/September)
• Time commitment: 5-10 hours/yr

Equipment Manager

• Store and hand out jerseys, soccer balls, nets, cones, bags
• Time Commitment: 5-10 hours/yr (March/April & August/September)
